Locked. The Relationship or
Category cannot be disabled. By default, the Aveo Relationship and
its Attune Maintenance category cannot be disabled.
Unlocked. The Relationship
or Category can be enabled or disabled.
This tab enables you to choose the companies (Relationships) from which you receive Intelligrams. Each Relationship company also has one or more Categories associated with it. These Categories enable Attune™ to deliver Intelligrams to you on various topics, such as technical support problems.
By default, you will always see the Aveo and Attune Network Relationships. The Aveo Relationship is the channel through which Aveo keeps your Attune software up to date. The Attune Network Relationship enables various companies to send you Intelligrams based on the most current technical support problems that you are likely to encounter.
